Sherrie Guerrero - Instructor
Sherrie Guerrero is a Peak Pilates fully comprehensive certified Pilates instructor. She began her fitness career as a personal trainer certified through NASM with other certifications in corrective exercise, fitness nutrition and women’s fitness. After taking one Pilates class, she was intrigued; she had to learn more about it so that she could understand it. She quickly moved through the levels of the training Peak Pilates offered and became a personal trainer. She loves helping people and Pilates only furthers her abilities. She absolutely loves that Pilates gives her the ability to continue to do her first two loves, running and weight lifting with a reduced risk of injury by strengthening and lengthening the muscles that need it most! Although she still loves running and weight lifting, Pilates is definitely one of her favorite workouts as well. She has a passion for movement and loves sharing that passion with others in an attempt to make it theirs too! Movement is medicine and we all need it in some way shape or form, you might as well enjoy it and she is confident she can get you to love it too!
